Integrate OnlinePay with your Shopify store.
Overview
Shopify is a popular e-commerce platform that allows you to create an online store and sell products to customers worldwide. By integrating your Shopify store with the OnlinePay Plugin, you can accept payments from customers using a variety of payment methods and view transaction details in your OnlinePay account.
The OnlinePay Shopify plugin allows you to integrate with the OnlinePay hosted Checkout, which provides a secure and customisable payment page that you can seamlessly embed in your Shopify store. The plugin supports a the payment methods you have enabled in your OnlinePay Payment Provider Contract.
The Shopify plugin for OnlinePay is available in the Shopify App Store and is called Verifone Checkout AU. It is accessible only via direct link for Australian-based Shopify stores from the following URL: https://apps.shopify.com/verifone-checkout-au.
Prerequisites
Before you can integrate the OnlinePay plugin with your Shopify store, you need to have the following:
- A Shopify store with an active subscription plan.
- An OnlinePay account with a Payment Provider Contract enabled for the payment methods you want to accept.
- A valid 3DS Contract ID to ensure card payments are processed securely.
- A Merchant Supervisor role. See Set up users and roles for more information.
- An API key.
- A Checkout theme (optional). If you do not have a custom theme, the OnlinePay plugin will use the default theme.
You will need to install the Verifone Checkout plugin in your Shopify store and configure it with your OnlinePay settings before you can start accepting payments.
