What's new
New sign-in experience
- New merchants are now invited to activate their account from the OnlinePay login screen, where they will be able to set up their account using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You will need to activate your account by requesting a One-Time Passcode (OTP), which will be sent to your registered email address.
We will no longer send activation links via email..
Changes to Surcharging
- Surcharging is now blocked for Pre-Authentication (Pre-Auth) transactions.
Orders/Transactions dashboard
- The search bar on the Commerce > Orders/Transactions dashboard page no longer searches dynamically. To search for orders or transactions, provide a search value or filter options, then click Apply.
- Refunds can now be performed from both Orders and Transactions views from the Payment Actions tab in the information panel.
Improvements to the UI and mobile experience
- There have been a number of improvements to the user experience when viewing the OnlinePay dashboard web application, or when viewing on mobile devices.
